1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Nandi Pictures (“Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (information or software) on Nandi Pictures for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

5. Subscription and Payment
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select.
- A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your subscription
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Refunds are subject to our refund policy
- We reserve the right to change subscription fees upon reasonable notice
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service:

The materials on Nandi Pictures are provided on an ‘as is’ basis. Nandi Pictures makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
8. Limitations
In no event shall Nandi Pictures or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Nandi Pictures, even if Nandi Pictures or a Nandi Pictures authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nandi Pictures operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
